Gigi Gilsinan

Founded in Uptown Manhattan, New York City. The idea behind the name is, What’s up? Uptown! SUPtown provides real estate systems implementation & systems administration services.

Gigi Gilsinan is a real estate finance professional and the founder of SUPtown Consulting LLC. She is an experienced Yardi & RealPage systems administrator. She has worked with affordable housing developers, Comunilife, Asian Americans for Equality (AAFE) and Homeward NYC in New York.

Her dedication to affordable housing is rooted in her academic pursuits, having earned a Master's Degree in Urban Policy from New York City. Moreover, Gigi has SQL certification and is a certified specialist in Tax Credit Compliance and HOME Compliance, further enhancing her proficiency in affordable housing development for both new construction and rehabilitation projects.

In addition to her remarkable achievements in real estate finance, Gigi honed her entrepreneurial skills alongside her husband, Michael Gilsinan, as they successfully managed an afterschool business in New York City and New Jersey. Overseeing hundreds of weekly clients and leading a talented team of 30 professionals, they implemented an innovative accounting and business service-focused software system to enhance workflow efficiency. Embracing fintech products, they seamlessly managed real-time payments, further solidifying Gigi's prowess in leveraging technology to drive operational excellence. 

Beyond her remarkable contributions to the real estate industry, Gigi serves as a board member of Renaissance Economic Development Corporation, a CDFI that provides low-interest small business loans & training for low-to-moderate income and immigrant communities in New York City. Renaissance is an affiliate of Asian Americans For Equality (AAFE).  

Gigi and her husband Michael Gilsinan live in New York City. They enjoy hiking, yoga, and going to tech events.
